浸出法取油是應用固-液萃取的原理,選用某種能夠溶解油脂的有機溶劑,經過對油料的噴淋和浸泡作用,使油料中的油脂被萃取出來的一種取油方法。
浸出法取油的基本過程是把油料料坯、預榨餅或膨化料胚浸于選定的溶劑中,使油脂溶解在溶劑中形成混合油,然后將混合油與浸出后的固體粕分離。對混合油進行蒸發(fā)和汽提,使溶劑汽化與油脂分離,從而獲得浸出毛油。浸出后的固體粕含有一定量的溶劑,經蒸脫處理后得到成品粕。從濕粕蒸脫、混合油蒸發(fā)和汽提及其他設備排出的溶劑蒸氣需經過冷凝、礦物油吸收等方法進行回收,回收的溶劑循環(huán)使用。
