浩瀚色譜用吹掃富集法水中的苯、甲苯、乙苯、二甲苯被測(cè)物質(zhì)進(jìn)行處理,經(jīng)HH-FFAP毛細(xì)管柱進(jìn)行分離,氫火焰離子化檢測(cè)器測(cè)定,以保留時(shí)間定性,峰面積外標(biāo)法定量。方法檢出限0.4μg/L。本方法適用于工業(yè)廢水及地表水中苯系物的測(cè)定。

The measured substances of benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, and xylene in water were treated by the sweeping and enrichment method of Haohan chromatography. They were separated by HH-FFAP capillary column and determined by hydrogen flame ionization detector. Qualitative analysis was performed by retention time, and quantitative analysis was performed by peak area external standard method. The detection limit of the method is 0.4 μ g/L. This method is applicable to the determination of benzene series compounds in industrial wastewater and surface water.
