浩瀚色譜建立聚乙二醇1中環(huán)氧乙烷和二氧六環(huán)的測定方法.方法:采用HH-1毛細(xì)管柱(30 m×0.53 mm×3.00μm),程序升溫,氫火焰離子化檢測器.結(jié)果:環(huán)氧乙烷、二氧六環(huán)分別在0.61～ 30.32μg·mL-1、5.85～292.6 μg·mL-1濃度范圍內(nèi)與峰面積的線性關(guān)系良好.環(huán)氧乙烷高、中、低三濃度水平平均回收率為106.9％,其RSD為3.5％(n=9);二氧六環(huán)高、中、低三濃度水平平均回收率為107.2％,其RSD為2.2％(n=9).結(jié)論:建立的測定方法靈敏、準(zhǔn)確,可用于聚乙二醇中環(huán)氧乙烷與二氧六環(huán)的測定.???
