浩瀚色譜（山東）應用技術開發(fā)有限公司，建立了一種快速測定聚合級乙烯和丙烯中痕量CO,CH4,CO2含量的方法,驗證了該方法的線性范圍和檢測限,考察了該方法的精密度和回收率,并對乙烯和丙烯實際試樣中痕量CO,CH4,CO2的含量進行了分析.定量分析結果表明,在測試濃度范圍內,CO,CO2,CH4的峰面積與含量具有良好的線性關系,線性相關系數(shù)均大于0.990;回收率在93.90％～101.89％之間,5次重復測定結果的相對標準偏差均小于2％,定量結果準確可靠;CO,CH4,CO2的最低檢測限分別為31,14,12 μL/m3,滿足烯烴生產(chǎn)企業(yè)對烯烴產(chǎn)品質量控制的需要.該方法為烯烴生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的烯烴產(chǎn)品質量控制提供了一種新的高靈敏的分析方法.
