浩瀚色譜建立空氣中二氧化碳的氣相色譜直接測定方法。采用HQ填充柱對空氣中二氧化碳與氧氣、氮氣的分離,使用TCD測定。結(jié)果顯示,該方法空氣中二氧化碳的檢出限為181 mg/m~3,進樣量為1ml氣體。方法重現(xiàn)性可以滿足要求,相對標準偏差為1.7%~9.1%。樣品室溫可以保存7 d。提示,該方法適用于工作場所空氣中二氧化碳含量檢測工作。
